As a Senior Manager for Supply Chain Industrialization & Strategic Partnerships, you will be the architect of how we scale. You will lead the charge in turning ideas into industrial reality, building the systems, partnerships, and teams that make it all possible. From launching new technologies to localizing production in strategic regions, you’ll be at the center of our growth story.

Your Core Responsibilities: Industrialization Strategy & Execution

• Lead the scaling of production operations through lean manufacturing and process optimization
• Collaborate with engineering and technology teams to industrialize new products
• Develop and execute industrialization roadmaps aligned with growth targets
• Prepare business cases to support investment decisions in industrialization initiatives
  
  

Strategic Partnerships Management

• Build and nurture strategic relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners
• Identify and negotiate new partnerships to enhance sourcing and innovation
• Ensure long-term partner performance and alignment with business goals
  
  

Supplier Development & Localization

• Drive supplier performance and capability development
• Lead localization initiatives to reduce lead times and mitigate global risks
• Support suppliers with technical guidance and operational improvements
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve production and logistics challenges
  
  

Risk Management & Compliance

• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies
  
  

Leadership & Team Development

• Develop talent within the supply chain organization
• Foster leadership growth and build a high-performing team
  
  

Technology & Innovation

• Integrate emerging technologies to enhance supply chain efficiency

What You Bring:

• Coming with 10+ years in supply chain management, industrialization, and strategic partnerships coming from defense industry would be required.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrialization, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Willingness to travel internationally to engage with global partners
• Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
