Private Banking provides high-net-worth clients with an end-to-end banking service to help manage their full banking and investment needs effectively. Our dedicated bankers provide a wide variety of solutions to meet clients’ investment and borrowing requirements, including complex and bespoke loan structuring. Wealth preservation requirements are addressed through a comprehensive wealth planning solution, tailored to individual needs. We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Private Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- To manage the engagement with clients of Corporate and Investment Banking Group (CIBG), executing the sales strategy by identifying client needs, building strong relationships and driving growth of investment Assets Under Management (AUM) in order to promote and sell ADCB Asset Management’s investment products
- Collaborate with Head of Institutional Sales and team members in order to implement the segment sales strategy, ensuring alignment with identified priority segments and product focus.
- Drive revenue growth by targeting new client segments and delivering high-margin revenue streams in order to contribute to the overall financial success of the Asset Management division.
- Actively promote ADCB Asset Management within CIBG by meeting and building a solid rapport with the RMs in order to raise awareness of investment capabilities
- Identify, with the help of the RMs, target clients and engage with those clients in order to articulate ADCB Asset Management’s investment offerings
- Drive revenue growth by targeting new client segments and delivering high-margin revenue streams, in order to contribute to the overall financial success of the Asset Management division
- Regularly report on client interactions, market feedback, and sales progress to the Head of Institutional Sales, in order to enable informed decision making and strategy adjustments
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
- Actively participate in organizational and departmental initiatives aimed at change and improvement, providing insights and suggestions to ensure enhanced service delivery and product innovation
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- At least 7 years of experience in relevant investment roles from private Banking or asset management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent desirable
- Possess a strong mind-set of ownership and initiative in driving sales and client engagement
- Relationship management
- Understanding of financial markets, drivers and instruments
- Ability to articulate technical information in a simple and understandable way for clients
- Proficient in written and spoken English

- Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 34000– AED 57000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
