Kent is looking for a Senior Manager of Project Systems Delivery - EMEA / Americas with 15+ years extensive experience, in project delivery systems, including selection, configuration of industry leading systems such as Aveva, Hexagon, oracle and Ecosys and other leading project delivery systems applications;

Your responsibilities:

Senior Manager of Project Systems Delivery - EMEA / Americas – reporting into the Project Delivery Systems organization under KENT PMO, the Senior Manager of project systems delivery is responsible for the implementation of project delivery systems for all project mandates in EMEA/Americas, and plays a pivotal role in leading the startup of complex projects from a systems perspective. The role covers integrated Project Delivery Systems for Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Controls, Contract and Risk Management (excluding Commissioning).

This role will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development of Project Delivery fit-for-purpose standard systems and tools that accommodate the needs of global projects, including Smartplant, Bentley and Aveva Engineering, Simulations softwares, Enterprise Resource Management (ERM), EcoSys, Aconex, etc., ensuring they are integrated, scalable, aligned with corporate objectives;
  • Develop and maintain responsibility for system architectures and data flow diagram for all project mandates to deliver best-in-class projects and develop accurate cost models for each mandate for the estimating and proposals department;
  • Manage the selection, configuration, integration, implementation, training and ongoing support of project delivery systems to meet the requirements of operations;
  • Work hand in hand with the IT department and operations functions to ensure seamless implementation of project delivery systems, maintaining integrity of cyber security, and following Kent ERP system access protocols;
  • Engage with systems suppliers such as Hexagon, Aveva, Autodesk, Bentley, aspentech and others to understand market trends, latest technology and drive innovation, to further improve Kent project delivery capability;
  • Evaluate and adopt best practices, methodologies, and new technologies to enhance project delivery systems efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Prepare procedures and workflows for systems setup, and implement performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the success of project delivery systems to drive continuous improvement.
  • Working hand in hand with project teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the project delivery systems required to execute successful projects;
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams in utilizing project delivery tools and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project delivery systems and startup processes with organizational goals;
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing;
  • Act as a subject matter expert and a trusted advisor, providing guidance and insights on project delivery strategies and best practices;
  • Establish and maintain the PMO community of practice for systems throughout Kent operations to share lessons learned, best practices and provide support where needed.


In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.

Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

  • Degree in Systems Engineering/Information Management or relevant experience
  • Advanced degree is desirable.


Communication:

  • Excellent command of the English language in both oral and written communication and skills.


Behavior/ Core Competencies:

  • Extensive experience in project delivery systems, including selection, configuration of industry leading systems such as Aveva, Hexagon, oracle and Ecosys and other leading project delivery systems applications;
  • Minimum of 15 years of Experience of similar role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful project delivery systems that enhance project execution encompassing digital solution, and new technology;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward a common goal;
  • Excel at building and maintaining relationships with internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders, facilitate effective communication, encourage
  • Knowledge sharing, and promote a culture of teamwork to ensure seamless coordination between different departments and groups involved in the global projects;
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and able to communicate with peers, customers, and vendors at all levels.
