Position: Senior Manager – Systems, Tools & Processes

Location: Dubai

As part of the ongoing transformation of its Group Procurement function, AXIAN Telecom is looking for a Senior Manager – Systems, Tools & Processes to lead the deployment of a robust digital backbone supporting procurement excellence across all business units.

Your mission: build and scale the digital foundation of a new Procurement organization

Reporting to the Chief Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the systems, tools, and processes required to create a high-performing, transparent, and harmonized procurement function across AXIAN Telecom’s entities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of procurement tools (e.g., SRM, spend analytics, contract management) with ERP and financial systems.
• Design and streamline end-to-end procurement processes in line with global best practices.
• Establish strong procurement data governance and develop reporting dashboards for spend and supplier performance.
• Drive change management initiatives and lead training for procurement teams and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously benchmark tools and processes, and propose enhancements based on market trends and new technologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Business Units) and manage relationships with vendors and consultants.

Your profile:

• 7+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, ideally within the telecom or tech industry.
• Proven track record in setting up and managing procurement systems or SRM platforms.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Business (MBA or CIPS certification is a plus).
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
