Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance and supervision for all assigned Production Control Department staff.
• Plan and oversee the execution of all production related activities within the Production Control Department with particular emphasis on the Annual Workload Forecast and the ASP.
• Monitor vehicle servicing KPIs during the maintenance repair cycle.
• Ensure that all Production Control personnel initiate, monitor and update the progress of both PM and CM using CMMS.
• Perform quality work as part of the ISO 9001 program.
• Develop, implement, revise and enforce all maintenance directives within the Production Control Department.
• Ensure that the maintenance plan is defined and documented within the Production Control, PM and CM procedures.
• Review, consolidate and submit all maintenance and repair reports as necessary.
• Analyse direct labour man-hour utilisation percentages for all workshops.
• Evaluate and provide monthly vehicle servicing KPI reports for both PM and CM.
• Maintain the IT section master project plan to schedule and implement project management principles.
• Implement changes to workflows, automation and digitalisation processes, and provide management solutions.
• Ensure that the IT section has the appropriate budget, resources and tools to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Assist functional areas to develop digital transformation objectives and activities that translate into executable programs of work from strategy through to implementation.
• Review the job performance and training of Production Control Department employees to ensure accomplishment of all required tasks
• Recommend and provide additional training to assigned employees when determined necessary.
• Ensure all high value property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
• Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
• Perform other duties as required by the Director, Maintenance & Production Control
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree is required, Master degree is preferred, or Equivalent years of Experiences in the same field
• A minimum of eight to ten years of experience in production control is required.
• A minimum of eight years of experience supervising and/or managing a production control workforce is required.
• Familiarity with IT and digitalization is preferred.
  
  

Key Skills:

• Previous management experience in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services is preferred.
• Previous military and/or automotive experience is preferred.
• Previous experience with any CMMS enterprise (e.g. SAP or MAXIMO) is required.
• The ability to analyse data and experience in production planning is an advantage.
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office software is required.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required.
• Have, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.
