The Senior Manager – Technical Operations will be responsible for overseeing all technical operations within the organization. This includes managing technical teams, developing processes and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technical systems.

  • Ensure the availability and reliability of technical systems
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to support technical needs


Candidate Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in technical operations
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing technical processes
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
