Senior Manager - Waste Management & Environment

The team works in real time to make sure the right people are in the right place – airside and landside – to meet demand. As our airports are the world’s busiest, it’s fast-paced and a real challenge. They see that the operational plan is followed, and issues are dealt with across terminals, regular operations, incidents, and crisis handling. The operation has to be industry-leading, and it always is.

What You'll Deliver

• You’ll be responsible for the quality of service provided by the section for assigned Cost Centers.
• You’ll analyse and resolve quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements.
• You’ll manage teams assigned with responsibility for meeting both planned workload and emergency requests.
• You’ll develop stakeholders contact by regular reviews of progress and establishing strong relationships with designated staff at the appropriates level of the stakeholder organizations.
  
  

What You Bring

• You’ll be educated to a bachelors degree level specialized in Business Administration/Waste Management/Environmental Studies/Related.
• You’ll have at least 7-10 years of experience in service, hospitality, and facility management.
• You’ll have zero based Budgeting and effective cost control techniques.
