We’re looking for an experienced, versatile, and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Wio Bank and play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategies. What You’ll Be Doing:

Brand Development & Positioning:

Establish and refine our brand positioning, create marketing strategies, and develop promotional plans across multiple channels and segments to meet specific business objectives.

End-to-End Campaign Execution:

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, including segmentation strategies, collaborating with internal and external teams to drive brand awareness, market share, and customer acquisition.

Organizing High-Impact Events:

Organize and execute large-scale promotional activities (e.g., webinars, seminars, business breakfasts) to increase visibility and drive engagement.

Strategic Partnerships:

Support forging partnerships with key industry players and corporates to help grow our brand presence and business.

Creative Direction & Content:

Help develop creative briefs and guide the creative process for sales enablement, advertising, public-facing communications, and events.

Multichannel Campaigns:

Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging and communications alignment.

Data-Driven Insights & Optimization:

Track, analyse, and measure campaign performance, using insights to continuously optimize and improve future initiatives.

Customer Insights & Market Analysis:

Leverage customer, competitor, and market insights to build successful, data-backed strategies that meet business goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Design and execute customer relationship programs to build and maintain strong connections with our client base, while identifying key touchpoints for engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive reports on marketing performance, providing key insights for future campaigns and strategies.

Budget & Financial Management:

Prepare, manage, and analyze the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and making data-driven decisions for optimal ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with teams across email marketing, performance marketing, and web to refine and execute customer acquisition tactics.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team and external agencies, ensuring that marketing activities align with overall company goals.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

Present strategies and deliverables to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

6-10 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, with a proven ability to drive successful marketing campaigns that achieve business growth. Experience in B2B2C marketing is highly preferred.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications or an MBA are a plus.

Skills & Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Proven success in creating and executing marketing plans that deliver both top-line and bottom-line growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a metrics-driven approach.
  • Expertise in online marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and display advertising.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
  • Established media and industry contacts.
  • Previous experience working in the UAE, preferably in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable.
