Overview

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist, IMEA (India, Middle East and Africa) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, owning, and executing B2B marketing initiatives that align with regional business priorities and directly contribute to pipeline growth. This role requires hands-on experience in the IMEA market, with a strong understanding of local business culture, customer expectations, and marketing dynamics across key countries in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns in alignment with IMEA business goals and sales priorities
  • Own the planning, delivery, and performance of regional events and trade shows, including logistics, supplier management, and execution
  • Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring accurate allocation, optimisation, and reporting on spend and ROI
  • Lead collaboration with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop campaign briefs, define target personas, and ensure timely execution
  • Drive the creation and localisation of customer case studies, showcasing success stories from the region in alignment with strategic messaging
  • Manage lead flow and campaign performance, reporting results and offering data-led recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to drive demand and reinforce Alteryx’s value proposition
  • Engage proactively with regional sales teams to align marketing strategies with market dynamics, customer needs, and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with SDRs to ensure effective lead follow-up and measurable contribution to pipeline progression
  • Partner with international marketing and global campaign/content teams to identify and localise relevant assets for the IMEA region

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of campaign ownership and execution in the IMEA region
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of the digital landscape in IMEA, including performance of channels such as LinkedIn, content syndication, paid search, and email marketing
  • Experience in customer advocacy, with a focus on identifying, developing, and promoting customer success stories
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a keen attention to detail
  • Culturally aware and experienced in tailoring messaging for diverse audiences
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Partner teams
  • Proficiency in tools such as Marketo, Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, Asana, Microsoft Teams, Canva, and ON24 is advantageous
  • Medium to advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • A genuine interest in B2B technology marketing and delivering measurable business results
  • Arabic-speaking is a strong plus
