Major Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assists, coordinates and provides necessary support in the various administrative activities.
  • Draft, revise and finalize the correspondences between Al Taif and Customers.
  • Maintain an up to date tracking logs of correspondence letters.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel Dashboards.
  • Assist with editing, developing and drafting contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in resolving or escalating project contract compliance and variance issues.
  • Develop and improve systems of contract performance monitoring that enables project and quality

objectives to be met.

  • Receives, keeps, organizes, submits and follows up on the internal and external correspondences with

Customers, suppliers and government bodies.

  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of information regarding company documentation.
  • Drafts and prepares minutes of meeting and periodic reports as per manager’s directives.
  • Keep the Procurement/Contracts Section updated on vendor status for qualified vendor files.
  • Maintain frequent and close contact with project and customer sites, including sub-suppliers to ensure

That routine, day-to-day contract compliance issues are effectively monitored for early intervention.

  • Perform other duties as directed by the Contracts Manager & Director.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in business administration, Law or equivalent.
  • 3 to 4 year’ previous experience in administrative field is preferred.
  • Able to read, write, and speak Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to interact professionally with all levels of employees and customers.
  • Must have valid UAE driver’s license.
