Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Ensure the effective implementation of approved procedures for security and monitoring

Key Results Accountabilities

  • Perform other related responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
  • Immediate transfer to sites where crime or accident occurs within RTA facilities, and to carry out crime scene management until the arrival of the security authorities.
  • Implement the approved methods to monitor and coordinate the efforts to secure the RTA assets, and the security and safety of employees, customers and service providers.
  • Oversee the assigned control procedures for RTA various agencies and its related units and detect breaches of the performance, in addition to following up the security procedures taken in RTA various buildings, facilities an effectively and efficiently.
  • Participate in preparing plans and program, and field monitoring tours for field teams
  • Participate in the implementation of security activities at RTA level to ensure the sustainability of corporate security during events, and emergency threats.
  • Monitor all Communication channels and perform corporate monitoring functions to protect RTA corporate reputation from various sources of influence.
  • Assist in overseeing the assigned control procedures for RTA various agencies and its related units to identify the security deficiencies and detect cases of breaches of the performance of security duties efficiently and fairly.
  • Follow-up the section staff to implement the tasks and procedures in accordance with the approved laws and regulations and inform the officials of any problems or obstacles that may occur to take appropriate actions
  • Conduct field visits to the service centers and RTA various sites to ensure the work progress and services effectively and efficiently in accordance with RTA requirements and to ensure that there are no abuses or exploitation of functions.
  • Receive the complaints relating to administrative violations and take the necessary procedures.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree /Higher Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized university.

  • Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications

  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
