About the job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer to oversee our facility operations. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's facilities, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations and ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
• Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Monitor expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs and ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to developing long-term facility management strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in facility management or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management. Knowledge and experience in HVAC systems, support services, maintenance health, and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using facility management software and Microsoft Office suite.
