Senior Officer - Graphics

As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we’re in search of a Senior Officer - Graphics. You will play an important role in supporting the graphics and presentation specialist team with an emphasis on presentations, illustrations, and CAD Design. Leveraging your background in architecture and master planning, you will skilfully manage a wide range of graphic visualization and drafting tasks, ensuring all presentations aligned with company objectives and standards.

• Prepare and finalize graphic presentations in accordance with the brief provided, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating architectural visualisations and presentation materials for senior leadership, stakeholders, and clients related to design and development projects.
• Show proficiency in CAD graphics, seamlessly integrating knowledge of Architecture and Master planning into visual deliverables.
• Engage in post-production, image manipulation, and video editing tasks when necessary, adding value to the visual presentation suite.
• Produce high-quality 3D renders, photorealistic visualisations, and architectural illustrations of upcoming developments.
• Create engaging marketing visuals including floor plans, elevations, brochures
• Work from architectural drawings, sketches, and CAD models to develop accurate and compelling visuals.
• Develop animations, walkthroughs, and flythrough videos for use in presentations and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, marketing, and sales teams to understand project vision and communication goals.
• Collaborate with external design consultants and complete reviews of visualisations produced for projects.
• Create intricate digital illustrations, diagrams, and infographics that convey complex ideas clearly and aesthetically.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members and interface efficiently with staff from other departments, promoting a cohesive working environment.
• Independently complete presentations with minimal guidance, exhibiting initiative and proactive communication and ensuring their timely completion with attention to detail.
• Ensure adherence to established company policies, guidelines, and standards in all executed tasks to maintain consistency and quality in presentation deliverables.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing valuable insights, suggestions, and feedback to improve project outcomes and team performance.
• Stay abreast with the latest industry software, design trends, and solutions.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to stay updated with the latest industry best practices, tools, and technologies, thereby contributing effectively to the projects.
• Bachelors' degree in Architecture, Graphics Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts or related fields.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Graphic design with at least 2-3 years in Real Estate Development or architecture.
• Proficient in industry-standard architectural software ArchiCAD/Revit/SketchUp or similar.
• Proficient in industry-standard visualisation software Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona or similar.
• Proficient in industry-standard presentation software Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint etc).
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks & projects under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
