  • Checking of payment certificates of contractors as per the agreed contract
  • Assist in preparation of valuations
  • General understanding of accounting
  • Assist with banking requirements (creation of account etc)
  • Assist in preparing replies to queries raised by contractors or business units
  • Assisting in reviewing funding documents
  • General Treasury related activities
  • Real Estate related activities (understanding real estate terminologies)
