SENIOR OPERATIONS OFFICER

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as a primary point of contact for designated group clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual success.
• Proactively understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and develop tailored staffing solutions to meet their evolving requirements.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, discuss future needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
  
  

Account Management

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
• Gain a deep understanding of Client's business operations, industry trends, and specific staffing needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, compliance, payroll, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services to these key accounts.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our services.
  
  

Project Management & Operations

• Oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of staffing projects for group clients, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes and workflows to optimize service delivery.
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and client-specific requirements.
  
  

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and mentor a team of Operations Officers and/or support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources and support needed to succeed.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Identify training and development needs within the team and implement relevant programs.
  
  

Reporting & Analysis

• Develop and maintain regular reports on client account performance, project status, and operational metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
• Present reports and insights to senior management.
  
  

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution

• Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges and client issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Escalate complex issues to senior management as appropriate.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely sourcing and placement of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support client acquisition and growth initiatives.
• Liaise with finance, HR, and other internal departments as needed.
  
  

Required Criteria

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 7+ years experience in Account Management (Preferably in Port Operations or Staffing)
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• UAE Driving License
