Join us as a Senior Partnerships Manager in Ascenda EMEA!

Working remotely with our global teams from your home office in the MEA region, you will support the Partnerships Senior Director in deploying major initiatives with existing loyalty partners.

This includes collaboration with Ascenda’s team of partnership managers, marketing and communications professionals, you will play a pivotal role in growing Ascenda’s brand in the EMEA market.

Your Impact

  • Manage Ascenda’s existing portfolio of loyalty partners to contribute to incremental growth in revenue and engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, scalability, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the wider commercial team by providing insights and recommendations to effectively influence product strategies and enterprise decisions.
  • Support Partnership Director to explore new business development partnership opportunities across the MEA region
  • Assist in effective onboarding of new partners into the Ascenda ecosystem by developing win-win commercials, negotiating contracts, facilitating launches, and designing new digital customer experiences & marketing campaigns catering to the market
  • Support in the ideation, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Ensure each partnership achieves business plan objectives, including revenue and cost forecasts
  • Measure and analyze the performance of Ascenda’s partnerships and marketing campaigns, develop insights and advise clients on options to improve performance
  • Participate in business reviews with the Partnerships Director and senior management teams both internally and externally
  • Establish account plans, financial forecast and operating plan to support the program

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, account management and/or marketing.
  • Experience within fintech / airline / hotel / loyalty is a big plus
  • Excellent communications skills to manage both external and internal stakeholders, including presentation to senior management and C level
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential leadership style that drives high performance, fosters innovation and engenders a positive team culture
  • People management skills, the ability to lead and manage a strong team
  • Strong marketing and analytical skills to lead teams in developing and executing joint campaigns with partners
  • Commercial, marketing, technical and analytical acumen
  • Ability to navigate and work fluidly within a fast paced and changing work environment is a must
  • Frequent travel to meet partners and prospects face to face
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently
