Senior Payroll & HR Analytics Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and data-driven Payroll & HR Analytics Coordinator to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support HR data reporting and insights. This role ensures that all payroll transactions are processed accurately and on time while contributing to data analytics and reporting that guide HR decision-making and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in salaries, deductions, benefits, and final settlements
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursements and reconciliation
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
• Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
• Support the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems
  
  

HR Data & Analytics

• Maintain and update HR dashboards to track key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and leave balances
• Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to support decision-making
• Support HR audits and compliance reporting with accurate data and documentation
• Analyze trends and provide insights on workforce data to guide HR strategies
  
  

Systems & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with the People Operations team to improve and automate payroll and reporting processes
• Ensure integrity and confidentiality of all HR and payroll data
• Assist with system integration and upgrades, including HRIS and payroll platforms
  
  

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing and/or HR data analytics, preferably in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll regulations
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and HR systems such as ZenHR.
• Experience with analytics/reporting tools like Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business, or a related field
