Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Minimum 15+ years’ experience of planning in the oil & gas industry including PMC experience. Experience within FEED & EPC experience.
  • Experience in large offshore major projects, Minimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects.
  • Proficient in the use of Primavera P-6.
  • Experience with Project Scheduling and Cost Control
  • Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings

Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Assess Business Plans for execution, Develop strategies and preparation of Operating Budget
  • Review and comment on the cost estimates prepared by PMC / Contractors during Conceptual / FEED / EPC phases
  • Liaise with the Project Control Engineers of the PMT, manage a team of planning engineers from the Consultants and Contractors, providing them with technical and leadership skills.
  • Reviews And implement Cost Estimation, Budgeting, Cost Monitoring & Control, Forecasting and Reporting requirements for execution of Major Projects establishing strategies and priorities
  • Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts, and document them.
  • Reviews the Exceptional reports of the PMT on Project Control and PMC Monthly Cost Report
