Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Execution Lead to drive the short- and mid-term product roadmap while owning execution clarity and delivery coordination across teams.

You will translate business priorities into ready-to-ship features, partner with our RTE to run tight 1-week sprints. You’ll operate as both strategist and builder, leading the delivery machine that ships meaningful product every week.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision into structured product specs, flows, and delivery plans
• Own and maintain a short-to-mid-term roadmap aligned with company goals
• Write clear user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in weekly sprint planning in coordination with the RTE and design team
• Align cross-functional priorities across design, engineering, and leadership
• Ensure quality handoffs between product, design, and development
• Monitor progress in Jira, manage backlog health, and track product readiness
• Lead internal demos and support feature rollouts
• Help set up scalable product workflows and rituals (Confluence, Miro, Jira)
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or product execution roles
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or platform product delivery
• Strong understanding of agile delivery workflows (Jira, sprints, backlog grooming)
• Ability to write crisp, implementation-ready specs and manage feature readiness
• Experience acting as a Product Owner or Technical PM with engineering teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate tactically under tight timelines
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in aviation, ERP systems, or regulated domains
• Exposure to SAFe or scaled agile environments
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and dev handoff best practices
• Worked in fast-paced startup environments or scaling product teams
• Previous experience hiring or mentoring junior PMs/POs
