Senior Program Manager

About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Programme Manager with 8-year strong background in Agile delivery and enterprise data programmes. The incumbent should be capable of driving cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of finance and technology. This role is critical in bridging the gap between the Finance business stakeholders and Data Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on strategic goals, data requirements and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale data or finance transformation programmes in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical domains.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams, including product owners, data engineers, platform teams, and finance SMEs.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, risk management, budgeting, and governance.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms for example s Azure, Databricks, data governance and reporting tools for example Tableau and Power BI.
• Comprehensive experience in Agile and hybrid project methodologies, excels in managing complex, multi-stream programmes and is confident in operating at senior stakeholder level.
• Responsible for translating financial processes and reporting needs into technical deliverables, ensuring high-quality, timely and value-driven solutions across the enterprise data estate.
