AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager, in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements

• Bachelor Level Degree from Civil Engineering or Architectural background
• Position has min. 12 years’ (project controls) experience requirement as per the current framework for Senior Controls Manager (min. 5 years in GCC)
• Due to nature of my project assignment, previous experience on large scale island-infrastructure-mixed use assets projects are essential (i.e. Qatar Gewan Island, Qatar Qetaifan Island, UAE Hudayriyat Island…)
• Strong communication skills (technical writing, presentations to C-Level, etc.), leadership capacity, interaction & coordination with multiple departments.
• Previous experience working for PMCs and/or Developers for pre-contract and post-contract
• Excellent P6 software skills and Ms Office.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Project Controls Lead for a large scale island development project leading controls team and project controls teams of consultants including PMCs
• Attend senior level project meetings both for internal and external with consultants & contractors
• Lead all upstream progress reporting and all downstream data collection & verification
• Take lead in development & preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and presentations to the management
• Work with all department lead in preparation of delivery & development strategies. Create and maintain the schedule for all project targets and activities.
• Review and analyse any schedules to be received from Consultants and Contractor to incorporate the same to the master programme.
• Identify, track and log key issues that may impact the schedule. Raise timely red flags
• Lead efforts for preparation and tracking of tender event schedules with procurement & all other departments
• Manage logic networks based on critical path (P6)
• Review and analyse internal processes like new change requests, interim payment applications, bidders lists etc.
