We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java and familiarity with React.js to lead and deliver complex software development project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality software solutions, and driving strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and communication plans.
- Work closely with development teams, particularly those using Java and React.js, to ensure technical alignment and feasibility.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and promote best practices in software development and project management.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 12 years of experience in IT, with more than 3 years dedicated to project management within software development environments.
- Strong technical background in Java development; ability to understand and engage in technical discussions.
- Possesses a clear understanding of enterprise architecture and the ability to guide development teams on technical matters.
- Exposure to React.js or other modern front-end frameworks is a strong plus.
- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
