Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for wireless communication systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high technical standards.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal engineering teams in HW and SW integration to, to define HW integration steps as well as SW integration steps. Build full product integration plan and defining key milestones. Ensure alignment across all teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Proactively manage risks, anticipate potential roadblocks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Oversee and contribute to the system-level design, including network topologies, protocols, and integration of wireless communication technologies into broader communication infrastructures.
• Ensure quality standards and testing protocols are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure systems are rigorously tested, validated, and meet regulatory and industry standards.
  
  

Education And Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in technical project management within the wireless communication industry, with a strong focus on radio/RF communication systems. Experience managing large-scale, complex projects is required.
• At least 5 years of HW and SW integration
• Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of wireless communication principles, radio communication technologies, radio access techniques
• Industry Experience: Prior experience working in the wireless communications industry or a closely related field (e.g., telecom, aerospace, defense) is highly preferred.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and large-scale projects. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
• Global Experience: Experience managing projects with international teams or in a global context is advantageous.
  
  

Key Skills

• In-depth knowledge of wireless communication principles.
• Strong understanding of radio communication systems, frequency planning, communication payloads, and network architectures.
• Strong HW knowledge and HW integration steps
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
• Ability to create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Agile or Scrum Master certification (optional but advantageous).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong ability to negotiate and manage stakeholder expectations.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and compliance.
