The Project

Large residential masterplan community consisting of villas, townhouses and all associated infrastructure.

Senior project manager is responsible for leading projects to deliver the agreed outcomes within time, cost and quality requirements.

Guides and coordinates with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team.

Delivers internal fee expectations (where appropriate) together with appropriate risk mitigation and change management.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Plans and coordinates project management, technical services, and external resources for client projects.
  • Collaborates with all stakeholders (client, design team, consultants, contractors) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Champions safety, demonstrating Mace’s “Safety First” values and using the HSW framework.
  • Provides expert knowledge from across Mace to support teams and optimize project outcomes.
  • Manages procurement and performance of design and consultant teams, ensuring scope, fees, and deliverables are met.
  • Develops and integrates programmes for design, authority approvals, procurement, and delivery.
  • Leads project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with milestones and KPIs.
  • Monitors and updates project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Drives collaboration and communication, maintaining records, managing changes, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Promotes innovation and best practices, leveraging Mace’s tools, knowledge hubs, and strategic priorities.

You’ll Need To Have

  • Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
  • Proven track record in managing medium to complex projects or leading smaller ones, especially during the construction delivery phase.
  • Professional MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE, or a recognized local equivalent.
  • Qualifications in project management or construction, or equivalent experience/apprenticeship with intermediate role knowledge.
  • A valid CSCS card or local equivalent for construction site access.
