Senior Project Manager - MEP

The Project

This is opportunity to work on a large hospitality project in one of the emirates of the UAE.

You will work as part of the senior construction delivery team, taking directions from construction lead and project senior leadership team, providing guidance to wider team.

Accountable for the delivery of MEP services on projects to the agreed outcomes for time, budget, safety and quality requirements. Ensures high-quality, time-efficient and profitable delivery, whilst providing leadership and accountability for compliance, governance, assurance and management of teams of technical and construction.

Builds and retains key working relationships with colleagues and internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and performance.
• Champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout construction delivery and handover.
• Facilitate technical workshops and coordination meetings.
• Liaise with client representatives, specialist consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive MEP delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and commissioning excellence.
• Manage MEP consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Coordinate closely with civil, architectural, and interior teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Proven experience delivering complex MEP projects across sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge in engineering, planning, and commissioning.
• Commercial and safety expertise aligned with industry standards.
• Formal engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree) and relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS).
