We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Dubai team and lead our growth across the UAE region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Management
- Develop, maintain, and scale the sales pipeline to maximize opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through research and client engagement.
- Present, negotiate, and finalize deals to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Actively pursue and manage Kloia’s services and solutions, as well as our distinguished vendors’ solutions.
- Proactively respond to and manage tenders and proposals.
- Coordinate requirements, draft proposals, and develop Statements of Work (SoWs) in collaboration with the Engineering team.
- Prepare competitive quotes and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
- Lead cross-sell and up-sell initiatives with existing clients to maximize business value.
- Drive the sales cycle for vendor software products and consulting services in Cloud/DevOps domains.
- Stay up to date on cloud technologies.
- Complete vendor-specific technical training and certifications to enhance sales capabilities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve Kloia’s offerings and positioning in the market.
- Partner with marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Offer client feedback to shape service improvements and targeted campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding in Cloud, DevOps, Microservices, Test Automation, GenAI, and Observability domains.
- Proven track record in IT sales, ideally with experience in selling AWS services or any other cloud service provider.
- Existing portfolio of clients seeking Cloud, DevOps or software development expertise is a significant advantage.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of independently managing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Location: Based in Dubai, UAE, with flexibility for regional travel as needed.
