Our clients are currently seeking a Senior Sales Specialist who is ready to travel to the Middle East. Our clients offer best-in-class compensation and cover accommodation as well as transportation costs.


Engagement Date: As soon as possible


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve an annual sales target of 1.5M AED, focusing on training courses and consulting services;
  • Identify and build relationships with key target groups, including HR Managers, Training Managers, HR IT System stakeholders, and government representatives;
  • Proactively engage with potential clients to assess their training and consulting needs and propose tailored solutions;
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business;
  • Maintain and expand the existing client base through regular follow-ups and relationship management;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and high client satisfaction;
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities;
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to the management team;


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Currently residing in the UAE with eligibility for residency (Iqama will be provided).
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in training and/or consulting companies in UAE;
  • It is required to have sales experience in training courses for the following target groups:

a) HR managers

b) Training managers

c) HR IT system sales

d) Government

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding a sales target of 1.5M AED per annum.
  • Willingness to work with adjusted salary expectations if targets are lower.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with key decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
