Job Summary:

Minimum 4 years experience in Dubai and minimum 2 years in one company

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to elevate our digital presence and drive organic growth. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of SEO techniques, including technical SEO, local SEO, and content strategy. You will be responsible for crafting and executing data-driven SEO strategies to enhance search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and improve user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value keywords and content opportunities.
• Develop and implement sophisticated on-page SEO strategies, including advanced schema markup, canonicalization, and meta optimization.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and rectify issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, and mobile-friendliness.
• Optimize website structure, internal linking, and URL hierarchy to improve site architecture and user experience.
• Design and execute authoritative link-building strategies, including outreach campaigns, guest posting, and digital PR.
• Utilize advanced SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) to track keyword performance, backlinks, and site health metrics.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics platforms to derive actionable insights.
• Implement and optimize conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates (e.g., Google’s BERT, E-A-T), and emerging technologies in the search landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, developers, and UX/UI designers, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record as an SEO Specialist with experience in executing advanced SEO techniques and strategies.
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Experience with technical SEO elements such as XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and hreflang tags.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present SEO strategies and performance reports to stakeholders.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Individual Qualification, HubSpot Content Marketing).
• Experience with paid search advertising (PPC) and social media marketing.
• Knowledge of international SEO and multi-language website optimization.
