Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Supervise and support team performance to maintain operational excellence.
• Maintain grooming, hygiene, and service standards across all areas.
• Handle guest interactions, feedback, and ensure smooth communication between front and back of house.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• For cashiers and baristas – handle transactions and beverage preparation following company standards.
• For runners and servers – ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within F&B or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work across different brands and locations within UAE.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
