Core Accountabilities
- Sales Invoicing and Documentation:
- Oversee sales invoicing processes, including auditing documents and schedules, and updating ERP systems.
- Reconciliation Tasks:
- Reconcile Sales Orders (SO) shipped against sales documents issued by the Commercial department.
- Reconcile SO shipped against store physical delivery notes to identify any unrecorded shipments.
- Perform final adjustments on General Ledger (GL) accounts for Sales Orders invoiced and shipped.
- Provision for Warranty:
- Monitor and reconcile the Provision for Warranty accounts.
- Ensure warranty claims are properly recorded in the financial books.
- Costing and Pricing:
- Conduct costing for maintenance requirements and small RFQs (Requests for Quotation) below AED 10 million.
- Handle pricing and costing for ADIHEX (Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition).
- Support the commercial department in the tendering process by providing cost estimates and pricing strategies.
- Sales and Financial Audits:
- Perform internal and external sales audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of financial records.
- Archive documents related to Commercial/Project Finance efficiently.
- Order and Risk Management:
- Manage order intake processes, including reconciliation, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- ERP and Financial Reporting:
- Generate ERP Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reports by project post-sales invoicing, detailing quantity and value.
- Support commercial and finance teams in revenue budgeting and planning.
- Business Analysis and Proposals:
- Collect necessary information, conduct meetings, and prepare working files and reports for business case studies.
- Prepare, review, and revise commercial proposals above AED 10 million, document them, and conduct related meetings.
- Conduct marginal and profitability analysis by project and product line.
- Archive business proposal revisions systematically.
- Contract and Proposal Support:
- Review and analyze commercial contracts to ensure compliance and profitability.
- Assist the commercial and finance teams in preparing and analyzing commercial proposals and business plans.
- Project Tracking and Reporting:
- Track project progress and ensure all financial aspects are accurately reported and monitored.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on commercial and project finance.
- Preferrably Emirati Talent
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software, with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
