Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
HR Certification is essential.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct a specialized analysis; such as SWOT, TOWS, and PESTEL to identify risks and opportunities; develop/update the 5-Years workforce strategy, and recommend actions to maintain business continuity and sustainability.
- Advise on the design and implementation of the Supply/Demand Manpower Model to facilitate the identification of current and potential gaps.
- Track manpower metrics and dashboards for management reporting.
- Monitor AD Ports Group restructuring requests, analyze the current manpower inventory, deliver proposals for amendments, study skills gaps and assist in forecasting future manpower requirement using Manpower forecasting techniques such as trend analysis and workload analysis.
- Maintain up to date manpower plan tracking sheet to report CFO Tracker.
- Lead and implement Organization Development (OD) intervention initiatives, change management strategies, and policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality services.
- Draft/update AD Ports Group job Descriptions for all positions in line with company’s vision & mission and current Organization.
- Conduct benchmarks against other similar Organizations whenever required for market best practices.
- Ensure that the organization's organization development and manpower planning programs are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
