AtkinsRéalis seeks a Technical Engineering Manager who will lead and oversee the engineering team in the construction industry. Ensure the successful execution of engineering projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion and collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.

AtkinsRéalis seeks a Technical Engineering Manager who will lead and oversee the engineering team in the construction industry. Ensure the successful execution of engineering projects, from planning and design to implementation and completion and collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver high-quality construction projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to develop project plans and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure project quality and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the engineering team.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in GCC.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Experience with sustainable construction practices and green building certifications.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Advanced knowledge of construction contracts and legal aspects.
