About the role Join a leading telecom company in Dubai as a Senior Telecom Engineer, playing a crucial role in managing and executing telecommunications contracts. You will work on cutting-edge technology projects, collaborating with renowned suppliers and developing procurement strategies to enhance telecom services quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from low to high-risk including governance, risk, and performance oversight.
• Draft and develop procurement documentation and contract management plans.
• Maintain accurate contract records using procurement systems.
• Monitor contract performance and KPIs; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct market research to inform contract decisions.
• Validate invoices and ensure adherence to payment schedules.
• Prepare contract variations and negotiate straightforward contracts.
• Develop effective working relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Resolve contractual issues and escalate complex matters.
• Review expiring contracts to guide future procurement strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be located within a 50-mile radius around Dubai and authorized to work there.
• A Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in the Telecom industry focusing on Telecom Services Performance.
• Understanding of telecom domains and advanced knowledge of contracts, SLAs, KPIs.
• Proven hands-on experience in support contracts execution management.
