About the Role:
The Senior Transport Engineer will lead and contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of transport infrastructure projects. This role demands a strong foundation in traffic engineering, transport planning, and multi-modal design, with the ability to manage complex projects and mentor junior staff.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transport Engineer to lead the design and planning of transport infrastructure projects. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative, sustainable, and compliant transport solutions across roads, highways, and urban mobility systems.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Transport Engineer to lead the design and planning of transport infrastructure projects. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver innovative, sustainable, and compliant transport solutions across roads, highways, and urban mobility systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical delivery of transport infrastructure projects including roads, intersections, and traffic systems.
- Conduct traffic impact assessments, transport modelling, and feasibility studies.
- Use software tools such as SIDRA, AIMSUN, and VISSIM for network analysis and simulation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and international standards.
- Collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and delivery excellence.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support tender preparation and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transport Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in transport engineering, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
- Proficiency in traffic modelling tools (SIDRA, AIMSUN, VISSIM).
- Strong understanding of UAE transport authority requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
