Job summary
We’re looking for an experienced and self-starting Senior Administrator to join our team, with the role based in Dubai. As Affinity’s first permanent team member on the ground, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our DIFC operations and delivering high-quality service to our private clients. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting our SEO and collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions. You’ll be hands-on, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work. We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape Affinity’s presence in a growing market.
Duties and responsibilities will include;
· Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring service excellence and compliance with DIFC and DFSA regulations
· Support the growth of the business through business development activities
· Assisting with onboarding of new clients and establishment of DIFC entities
· Maintaining accurate records, billing, and regulatory reporting
· Liaising with clients and intermediaries to build trusted relationships
· Collaborating with the SEO and wider team to improve operational efficiency
· Contributing to internal projects and process improvements
Qualifications and skills
Essential
· At least 5 years’ experience in private client corporate services, ideally with DIFC exposure
· Professional qualification to Diploma level (e.g. STEP, ICSA) preferred
· Strong knowledge of DIFC’s legal, AML and regulatory framework
· Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
· A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for delivering high standards
· Confidence in working independently and making sound decisions
· A collaborative team player who takes initiative
Desirable
· Good at building and maintaining relationships, with first-rate interpersonal and communication skills and a friendly and encouraging professional demeanour
· Creativity, enthusiasm, and confidence to complete projects
· Being a proactive team player and a role model for behaviours and knowledge
