Senior Vice President - Product Investment

Job Purpose

Leads the product function for the assigned category. In this role, you monitor a product from conceptualization through the planning and development. You develop new products, design and execute plans, test the product, and launch it on the market. improving customer retention and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. You also enhance product value proposition and leverage expansion and partnership opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing and driving the product strategy and roadmap amongst all stakeholders to achieve year on year growth
• Partnering with our Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market campaigns to ensure alignment between business and product strategy
• Empowering the Operation, Development and Design teams to execute the product vision
• Levelling up the Product team to perform at world class level so that they are the envy of other tech companies
• Using market research and UX research to analyse and beat our competitors continuously
• Measuring and celebrating success using business intelligence tools, modern reporting and exciting town hall presentations
• Leveraging previous commercial experience to uncover new opportunities to keep us ahead of PropTech disruption
• Proactively solve potential problems with other teams to avoid unnecessary conflicts
• Delivering large scale bug/defect free product releases on time and on budget
• A natural ability to interpret ambiguity and complexity and transform it to organised and
