Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Maximize revenue by promoting and recommending additional services/products, emphasizing unique features and benefits.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the service department, serving as a brand ambassador.
• Provide honest and clear communication about vehicle issues, repair timeframes, and costs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on retention and upselling of supplementary services.
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming service experience.
• Schedule customer appointments and manage the service department’s workflow.
• Provide maintenance and repair recommendations, estimates, and approvals before work begins.
• Coordinate with Parts Advisor to ensure availability of spare parts.
• Manage customer complaints, escalations, and feedback while maintaining accurate service history.
• Ensure repairs are carried out as per job cards and delivered on committed timelines.
• Streamline communication between customers, technicians, and the service team.
  
  

Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of new automotive technologies.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Service Advisor in the automobile industry.
