Overview Of The Role:
- The Service Advisor is the main point of contact for customers at Toyota Aftersales Retail. They are responsible for building long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving service and sales revenue targets. This role requires active interaction with customers and coordination with internal teams to ensure a seamless service process from consultation to vehicle delivery. The Service Advisor must work to enhance customer retention, ensure accurate service delivery, and handle complaints effectively, contributing significantly to the Customer Service Value (CSV) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Actively engage with customers through consultation to ensure their needs are met and service requirements are understood.
- Achieve financial objectives by upselling and managing discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely progress updates to customers and maintain on-time-delivery commitments.
- Provide detailed explanations of all work performed and costs associated at the time of vehicle delivery.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints to improve service value and Net Promoter Scores.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, Company policies, and Distributor Programs to ensure consistency in the customer experience.
- Excellent customer handling skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and basic Arabic.
- Technical proficiency in automotive service processes.
- Ability to upsell and manage revenue targets effectively.
- Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a similar service role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (preferable).
- Fluent in English with basic Arabic speaking skills.
