Qualification and abilities
- Good level of Electrical & Mechanical skills set.
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in material handling system.
- Able to work under stress situation whenever required.
- Quick responder to material handling system failure.
- Good speaking, reading and writing skills for efficient communication.
- Able to instruct team of less experienced technician on how to work safe & sustainable way.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives & Motor starter.
- Good knowledge of communication protocols like Profinet, AS-i & Profibus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office & CMMS (Maximo).
- Resolution of electrical & mechanical faults.
- Fault finding inspections of material handling system equipment's as per the maintenance planning.
- Carry out electrical-mechanical corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Work execution as per the service contract.
- Ensure thorough knowledge transfer through sharing of knowledge and information.
- Following the company maintenance SOPs and always present a better practice.
- Technical cleaning of the MHS equipment's.
