Responsibilities
Owning financial and operational metrics on branch/area level
Analyse metrics/KPI’s on a monthly base and take immediate actions if required - aligned with Service Manager
Leadership of Service Technicians in assigned branch/area incl. JS-process
Hire, train, develop, reward, and retain the best technicians
Communicate results and goals regularly to local Service Team
Managing Customer Relationship in respective branch/area
Managing Subcontractors (pricing, SLA’s, capacity, qualification and EHS)
Implement and follow Commercial and Operational Principles
Analyse Key Account Data (sales and margin per customer/contract) and take corrective actions if required
Support the sales activities by identifying opportunities, work together with the sales-team and stay in frequent contact with our customers
Revisit standard processes (Certification L1 - L3) to ensure their efficiency and adjust them if required
Managing the standard plan activities (resources & capacities, PM’s, on-duty, standard-times, etc.)
Focus on productivity and costs with frequent analysis and corrective actions
Validate service orders (job sheets/SAP/ERP/ServiceMax) closed by technicians (billed/contract/Warranty) – exception handling by Dispatcher
Warehouse and van stock management – together with Supply Chain
Claim and Dispute management
Support EH&S processes and initiatives (Complete all EH&S audits)
Complete all EH&S audits and lead local initiatives
Functional Experience
Fully understand the standard Service processes, metrics and KPI’s (from revenue to costs and GM)
Deep knowledge about all Service KPIs, understand how they interconnect and how to influence them
Business Judgement - understanding the market situation, customer segment, sales potential, and competition
Understand customer needs and provide expected services - aligned with financial targets
Deliver positive results in the agreed timeframe
Skills, Abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Time Management – any activity must be performed in respect of the given timeframe - persistent, focused on targets/results, flexible, working independently and in teams
customer and service orientated - as well as a high degree of initiative and resilience
Qualifications
Technical education – basic management knowledge - leadership
System Knowledge
MS Office – user knowledge
KPI’s
Operational KPI’s, revenue & GM, EHS compliance
