Join Our Team as a Service Technician – MG Vehicles Division
Are you a skilled automotive technician passionate about delivering top-tier vehicle servicing and maintenance? We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team and ensure that every vehicle is maintained to perform at its best. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform minor periodic service maintenance as per MG Guidelines and IEM SOPs.
• Conduct vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and report observations.
• Use diagnostic tools (VDS) to read and erase fault codes.
• Repair or replace worn and faulty parts in accordance with job orders.
• Coordinate with Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor to secure required parts.
• Assist Diagnostic Technician when required during complex repair tasks.
• Provide clear documentation of completed work and report any safety concerns.
• Follow internal clock-in/out procedures for job tracking and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Always adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Attend brand-specific technical training and keep up with new repair techniques.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor or workshop lead.
Requirements:
• Education: High Diploma in Mechanics.
• Certification: Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification is required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar capacity.
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
• Software: Should be computer literate.
• Skills & Abilities: Strong technical and diagnostic skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, and good organizational habits.
