Platform Design and Architecture:
- Develop and maintain the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure the platform architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards
- Design scalable and secure solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as required
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across the platform and integrated systems
- Oversee the customization of ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs
- Lead the development of custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure all customizations and developments are properly documented and maintainable
- Establish and enforce platform governance and best practices. - Conduct regular reviews of platform performance, scalability, and security. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and organizational policies

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development and administrative teams
- Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders on platform strategy and performance
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using the ServiceNow platform

- Lead initiatives to enhance the user experience and overall efficiency of the platform
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, customization, and integration
- Experience in a leadership or architectural role within a complex IT environment
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) are a plus
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
