Services Representative - Cooling - #55986

As a Cooling Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for Commissioning, Startup and Preventive&Corrective Maintenances of Data Center Precision Cooling units. As a qualified candidate, you’ll have proficiency with measuring devices, mechanical troubleshooting skills and machine components knowledge.

Position Responsibilities:

• Commissioning, Startup and Preventive & Corrective Maintenances of Data Center Precision Cooling units.
• Technical reporting to customers and the company.
• Clarify and explain the technical problem and resolution to nontechnical customer, high communication skills.
• Provide basic training to customers.
  
  

Qualifications:

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent field experience.
• HVAC /cooling/environmental control systems Onsite Experience is a must.
• Proficiency with hands on mechanical/electrical Troubleshooting skills and machine components knowledge.
• Requires high attention to detail and root cause problem resolution.
• All work product documents must be publication/presentation worthy.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, required to overcome unforeseen challenges quickly and effectively.
• Work effectively as a team member and individually.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MS Office, Quick adoption to digital tools and upgrades.
