Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-friendly Shop & Drop Helpers to assist with shopping, packing, and delivering orders efficiently. This role involves helping customers in-store, picking and packing items, and ensuring smooth doorstep deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopping & Customer Assistance

  • Assist customers in finding and selecting products.
  • Ensure accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
  • Provide friendly and helpful service to enhance the shopping experience.


Packing & Drop-off

  • Pack items securely to prevent damage during transport.
  • Organize and load deliveries efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers locations.


Stock & Store Support

  • Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Report any stock shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.


Operational Efficiency

  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Coordinate with the team to optimize order fulfillment.
  • Use store-provided tools (scanners, apps, etc.) to track and complete tasks.


Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Experience: Prior experience in retail, delivery, or warehouse operations is a plus.

Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of grocery/retail items.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry medium-weight packages. Other:
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
  • Physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting during shifts.
