Showroom Manager

Job Description

Repserve is a leading provider of innovative sales and marketing solutions, specializing in helping businesses expand their reach and maximize their growth potential. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. This role focuses on ensuring the smooth functioning of the showroom. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong multitasking skills, and have a professional approach to client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor and restock supplies such as tea, coffee, and other items required for client meetings.
• Ensure the availability and organization of printed or bound materials needed for client presentations or representatives.
• Manage meeting schedules to avoid timing conflicts between dealers, designers, or clients.
• Answer incoming phone calls and relay messages promptly to the relevant team members.
• Provide support during client visits to ensure a seamless experience.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting, scheduling, and analyzing performance.
• Show the products in the showroom to clients and designers as needed. Training will be provided.
• Contribute to the creation and management of social media content and campaigns to promote the showroom and its offerings.
• Monitor and manage stock levels for all office supplies and order as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials or services.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, such as showroom coordination, office management, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with printing/binding equipment.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
