Job Summary:
We are hiring a Site Engineer to oversee façade projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience in façade works and possess a valid UAE driving license.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities related to façade installations.
- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate records of construction progress and changes.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
- Ensure timely and quality completion of projects within budget.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in façade engineering in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, engineering principles, and UAE building codes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
