Requirement:
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Application Question(s):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in high-rise building construction projects. (Min 4 years experience)
- Strong technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP works
- Site Supervision:
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per the approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise structural, architectural, MEP, and finishing works of the high-rise building.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth workflow.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure materials used and workmanship meet the required quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and report non-conformities to the QA/QC team.
- Check alignment, levels, and elevations as per design.
- Planning & Coordination:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material supply.
- Attend daily/weekly progress meetings and update project status.
- Safety Compliance:
- Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Safety Officer and ensure corrective action is taken.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption.
- Update drawings and as-built documentation in coordination with the design team.
- Prepare reports for senior management on project progress and site issues
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
