Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the efficient and safe management of project sites. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project designs, specifications, and schedules, and driving compliance with HSE standards. The ideal candidate will manage logistics, monitor site progress, and lead inspections to maintain quality. Strong leadership skills are required to guide on-site teams, optimize resources, and ensure effective stakeholder communication. A degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience in the fit-out or construction industry is essential.

In the absence of a degree qualification, 07 yrs relevant technical experience and other vocational qualifications will be accepted. e.g. Trade qualification would be accepted.

Operational Responsibility
- Manage all aspects of a project site, from mobilization to handover.
- Manage KPS subcontractors and supply chain ensuring materials and works are executed as per the project program.
- Oversee the execution of all site works ensuring the project is built in line with drawings and specifications.
- Enforce internal and external HSE procedures through on site checks and training.
- Provide Tool Box talks to KPS sub contractors related to both HSE and site Activities.
- Coordinate between sub contractors and ensure trades are aligned in terms of installation, providing technical knowledge as required.
- Monitor site progress against the target programme, ensuring manpower and resources and increased accordingly to meet project milestones and completion.
- Coordinate with the building management and FM , ensuring effective verbal and written correspondence is maintained at all times.
- Conduct stage inspections for both MEP and ID alongside KPS internal teams and key stakeholders in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Mange all aspects of site logistics including associated documentation and building passes.
- Delegate tasks Providing direction and targets to KPS site engineers and foreman.
- Lead the team responsibly providing eective line management to direct reports
- Set objectives for direct reports and evaluate performance in line with the performance management framework, and actively manage key personnel issues
- Ensure that all sta acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development initiatives
- This role Manages a KPS project site. You will be responsible for the safety and welfare of KPS subcontractors and site team.
- Undertake any other activities that may be assigned by the line manager from time to time to meet ongoing business requirements.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction /Project Management or other related field or at least; and/or
- 5 years’ experience working in the construction / Fit Out industry.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to work with and across teams.
- Demonstrated interpersonal ability
- Demonstrated Technical and IT Skills applicable to role.

Person Specification (Desirable)
- First Aid / FF training as per Dubai Government Program.
- Regional knowledge to laws, rules and regulations.
- Experience with an recognized fit out/construction company.
