The Role
Design & Build Project – Commercial Project NEAR Abu Dhabi Airport This business is seen ranked within the TOP 10 contractors in the United Arab Emirates. 46 Years successful trading, solid cash reserves and the right strategic partners. Reporting directly into the Regional Planning Manager (based on site) . 14 Month program and a 500 Million AED construction spend. You will be the no2 planner on site and will be expected to manage and assist on the program. This has LEAN design and includes elements of structural steel, pre cast concrete, modular pods , utilities diversions & significant earthworks in a tight logistical PLOT. You will be taking direct responsibility for the structural works on site (RC). This is not a job but a real career opportunity for someone sharp ready to magic a difference long term and climb the career ladder.
Requirements
What we expect : Based in ABU DHABI able to attend face to face interviews Clear strength as a Planning Engineer for a reputable Main Contractors ( *Building Projects ) Engage with NSR Associates with the right communication skills throughout the entire hiring process (No sir / mam ) Clear P6 Software Experience What the client expects: 3-5 Years Minimum as a Planner in the UAE for a Main Contractor Must be Degree Educated Good communication skills If you fit the brief and are interested to start employment before the 1st of Feb 2024 LATEST please apply
