Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Site Supervisor with minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction supervision. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project specifications
• Manage and direct subcontractors, laborers, and site staff
• Conduct daily site inspections and report to Project Managers
• Maintain site records, logs, and documentation
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage
• Implement and enforce health & safety protocols (OSHAD, Dubai Civil Defense)
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
• Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards (DM, Civil Defense, DEWA)
• Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in reading construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in OSHAD, NEBOSH, or IOSH
• Experience with BIM and construction software (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project)
• Knowledge of MEP coordination
